1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Hidayah Entrepreneurs Foundation (HHEF) website and utilizing our services, including the HHEF Tech Hub and branding consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platforms immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including the “Big H” logo, leadership mantras, blog articles, training curricula, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of HHEF and its Founder.

  • Prohibition: You may not reproduce, distribute, or “mirror” our content for commercial purposes without express written consent from the HHEF Executive Board.

3. Use of Services & Tech Hub

When enrolling in our programs or using our digital tools:

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • You are prohibited from using our technical training for any illicit activities, including unauthorized hacking or data breaches.
  • HHEF reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates our community standards or ethical guidelines.

4. Third-Party Links & Partnerships

Our site may contain links to global partners or investment platforms. HHEF does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

5. Limitation of Liability
